Love this place! all you need to do is show up and Kyle takes care of the rest. Positive and Energizing environment. 11 classes per day to choose from. Your in and out in about 50 mins. The owner Kyle is a extraordinary individual that truly wants you to succeed!

Kyle has created a program that is based on his education in Kinesiology and it shows. The workouts are incredible at making a change in strength and body composition while the warm-up prevents injuries. It just makes sense. I have stuck with his program because of how wonderful he is as a trainer and person. He really gets to know his clients and makes EVERYONE feel like they belong! Every class is new class and the energy in the room is infectious!!!
